Your heart is the hardest working organ in your body. It requires a constant supply of nutrients. There are certain nutrients that are really crucial and they can be gotten through the use of dietary supplements as a form of alternative medicine for heart and cardiovascular heath.
Dr. Sinatra recommends the following tips for keeping your heart healthy:
- Eat a modified Mediterranean diet. It includes healthy fats and moderate protein. It’s rich in alpha-linolenic acid and omega-3 oils which help prevent blood clotting, reduce blood pressure and prevent cholesterol buildup.
